GENERAL INFORMATION AND BENEFITS

  • ITERANT A/500-C performs an anti-adherent function for rubber and metal compacting rollers, paver-finishers and truck bodies, avoiding asphalt concrete adhesion.
  • It is easily dilutabile in water.

DOSAGE
  • Variable depending on the conditions of use.
  • The dilution varies according to the intended use. Indicatively:

TRUCK BODIES
AC with NEAT BITUMEN
1 part with 3 - 5 parts of water

AC with MODIFIED BITUMEN
1 part with 1 - 3 parts of water
COMPACTING ROLLERS
AC with NEAT BITUMEN
1 part with 20 parts of water

AC with MODIFIED BITUMEN
1 part with 10 parts of water

* 1:5 emulsion stability guaranteed up to a maximum of 4 hours


COMPOSITION

Mixture of amino derivatives (ethoxylated amine).


PACKAGING AND STORAGE

Drums or IBCs.

Store in the original packaging, away from heat sources and sheltered from adverse weather and UV rays.
