GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Robust table mounted units with planetary mixing action. The bowl and whisk can be easily fit and removed from the mixer. When lifting the transparent cover, a safety switch cuts off the mixer for the operator safety as prescribed by CE. The planetary action ensures a complete and uniform mixing of the materials. For mixing asphalt samples, the mixers have to be fit with the suitable Isomantle heater (see accessories. Supplied complete with whisk. These mixers can also be used for other application as, for instance, for mixing subbase soil samples.
The planetary mixer can be used as part of your Superpave performance based testing program.
